At Chairlift Collective, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We offer refunds on returns for damaged or incorrectly printed products, subject to the following conditions:

2. Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of the order being received. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only for products that are damaged or printed incorrectly. Please provide details and evidence (such as photographs) of the issue in your email to facilitate the return process.

4. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon by Chairlift Collective.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
